Methods for Cleaning and Coating Rust proof Oil on Stainless Steel Non standard Bearing Surfaces
1、 Surface cleaning method:
1. Surface cleaning: appropriate methods shall be selected for cleaning according to the nature of stainless steel non-standard bearing surface and current conditions. The commonly used methods are solvent cleaning, chemical treatment cleaning and mechanical cleaning.
2. After the surface is dry and cleaned, it can be dried with filtered dry compressed air, or dried with a dryer at 120~170 ℃, or wiped with clean gauze.
2、 Method of applying antirust oil:
1. Immersion method: some small stainless steel non-standard bearings are immersed in antirust grease to make their surfaces adhere to a layer of antirust grease. The oil film thickness can be obtained by controlling the temperature or viscosity of the antirust grease.
2. The brushing method is used for outdoor construction equipment or products of different shapes that are not suitable for immersion or spraying. Attention shall be paid to avoid accumulation and leakage during brushing.
3. The spray method is used for some large stainless steel non-standard bearings, and the immersion method cannot be used for oil coating. Generally, filtered compressed air with a pressure of about 0.7Mpa is used for spraying in the air clean place. The spray method is applicable to solvent diluted antirust oil or thin antirust oil, but perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures must be taken.
